Method

For fudgier brownie bites, remove them while centers still look slightly soft. Bake longer for firmer texture. Freeze cooled brownie bites tightly wrapped for quick desserts later. Chill bites briefly before serving cleaner shapes. Add caramel centers, chopped nuts, or peanut butter chips for flavor changes. Store brownie bites covered for up to five days.
