  • 1 5.1 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream cold
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 4 medium bananas sliced
  • 1 12 oz box vanilla wafers

Method
 

  1. Whisk pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened slightly.
  2. Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, and vanilla until silky.
  3. Combine pudding mixture with cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  4. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks, then fold in gently for extra creaminess.
  5. Layer wafers, banana slices, and filling in dish.
  6. Repeat layers, finishing with filling on top.
  7. Chill 4 to 6 hours until thick, cold, and scoopable.

Notes

For softer texture, chill overnight. For crisper wafers, serve after 2 hours. Freeze 15 minutes before serving for cleaner scoops. Spread layers gently to keep bananas intact. Customize with caramel, toasted nuts, cinnamon, or chocolate shavings. Store covered in refrigerator up to 2 days.
