  • 5 tbsp butter melted
Eggnog Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1/2 cup eggnog full-fat preferred
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract pure vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg freshly grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add eggs, eggnog, vanilla, and nutmeg. Mix until silky and combined.
  5. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top evenly.
  6. Bake until nearly set. Cool completely, chill thoroughly, and slice.
