Method
 

  1. Mix crumbs and melted butter until sandy. Press firmly into lined pan.
  2. Freeze crust for 10 minutes so it firms before filling.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth with no lumps.
  4. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks in a chilled bowl.
  5. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture gently for airy texture.
  6. Fold in strawberry puree and diced berries until streaked and fluffy.
  7. Spread over crust, smooth top, cover, and freeze until solid.
  8. Rest 10 minutes at room temperature, slice cleanly, and serve.

Notes

For softer texture, thaw slightly before serving. For firmer slices, freeze longer and use a hot knife. Handle assembly gently to keep volume. Swap berries with raspberries or mango for new flavors. Store wrapped in freezer up to 2 weeks.
