Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whip heavy cream in a chilled bowl to soft peaks.

  4. Toss strawberries with lemon juice for brightness and freshness.
  5. Fold most strawberries into the cream mixture, reserving some for topping.
  6. Spoon into cups or a serving dish and smooth tops neatly.
  7. Refrigerate until set. Garnish with reserved berries before serving.

Notes

For softer texture, serve after short chilling. For firmer scoops, freeze 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Fold gently to keep volume high. Use raspberries, blueberries, or peaches for flavor changes. Store covered in refrigerator up to 2 days.
