Method
 

  1. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.

  5. Layer the cream mixture over the crumbs, creating even portions.

Notes

For a softer crumb layer, assemble earlier and chill longer. For extra crunch, add crumbs closer to serving time. Freeze assembled cups for up to one month and thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
