Ingredients

  • ¾ cup 90 g powdered sugar, sifted

Method
 

  1. Chill mixing bowl and beaters for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour 1 ½ cups cold heavy whipping cream into bowl.
  3. Beat on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  4. Gradually add ¾ cup powdered sugar while mixing.
  5. Add vanilla extract.
  6. Increase speed to medium-high and whip until stiff peaks form.
  7. Spread immediately over cooled cake or pipe onto cupcakes.
